You may request a refund AFTER the Refund
Request Start Date and BEFORE the Refund Request End Date.
Refund Request Start Date is derived
from adding your states redemption period length to your
purchase date.
Refund Request End Date is derived from
adding your states redemption period length to your Refund
Request Start Date.
If your state is a Deed only state or does not have a redemption
period length. A 1-year period will serve as the redemption
period length.
Here is an example: Say you live in Indiana and purchase
the course on January 1, 2024. The redemption
period for Indiana is 1 year. So you can only request a
refund AFTER January 1, 2025 (Refund Request
Start Date) and BEFORE January 1, 2026 (Refund
Request End Date).
NOTE: During any Holiday or Special
Sale. All "On Sale" purchases are final.
